While the platform itself will provide several alerts when logged in, such as subscriptions almost used up, you can also choose to enter an email address to be automatically notified if an alert appears on the site.
To get notifications via email go to Alerts on your navigation panel. Two types of alerts can be set up in this section:
Financial
Here you may enter an email address for financial alerts by clicking on the “+” button on the lower right-hand side of the page. Financial alerts provide information about upgrading subscriptions, purchasing add-on products, subscription renewals, and anything related to the financial aspects of your account.
Operational
Here you may enter an email address for operational alerts by clicking on the “+” button on the lower right-hand side of the page. The operation alerts provide information about new events being created, events that have finished, and other operational aspects of your account.
