On the navigation section of your platform under Store, you will find the products section.Here you can verify your existing subscription package and perform purchasing actions such as upgrading subscriptions and buying add-on products. You will need to have admin credentials to have access to the Store section.
Occasionally, you may wish to add a few features to your subscription. We’ve built NBM platform and pricing schemes to provide you and your team with lots of flexibility.
Every user can have access to a subscription package and top up its plan with add-on products
that will complement their needs. On this products page, you can also choose to purchase
individual plan pieces ala carte. Meaning, that the purchased products will be available for use
during a billing cycle (month). You can purchase the amount described on each add-on and use it during that particular month. There are options for:
– Bandwidth
Additional bandwidth to stream your events to social networks or via our CDN (Content Distribution Network) with URLs you can embed at your web portal or apps.
– Packages of Clips
You can generate clips from recorded content and upload content. Sometimes the number of allowed clips on a plan might not suffice your needs so you can either upgrade a subscription or buy one of the monthly packages of clips.
– Minutes of Smart Content Analysis
You can purchase additional minutes of Smart Content Analysis so you can analyze more content during your billing cycle.
– Storage
You can purchase additional storage capacity for your recorded content, uploaded videos, andclips.
– Streaming hours
You can purchase hours of live streaming so you can create additional events in a given month.
